Following answers to the questions asked by the jury last week, the eight-member jury came to the conclusion that both Apple and Samsung were at fault for patent-infringement. The outcome was a $119.6 million Samsung payout to Apple for lost income since Apple claimed they lost customers to Samsung products. As the jury also found Apple guilty of patent-infringement they concluded that Apple should pay $158,400 to Samsung for patent-infringement. The Apple vs. Samsung lawsuits continue to roll on, with the court’s jury now asking for more information. The jury specifically asked for Apple to provide notes from Steve Jobs showing exactly what his intentions were for both Apple products and if he intended to sue Samsung. The eight-member jury wrote to Judge Lucy Loh asking five questions about the case.
