Often, people find it strange that I don’t enjoy superhero movies. Superman, Batman, Avengers, and the rest aren’t what I normally enjoy in a movie. My favorites are more Sc-fi or storytelling focused ones. With that said, what I do find interesting is seeing what goes on behind the scenes in superhero movies. As cool as it is to see explosions and the heroes running over the tops of cars through the city, the reality of it is that almost everything shown in movies nowadays is green-screened. My favorite social media website is Instagram. It’s straightforward content where I can see a bunch of stunning and exciting looking photos. It’s not cluttered or overwhelming, and it’s focused towards my friends rather than news and videos as Facebook is. The biggest push for Instagram is their photo filters where you can turn an everyday photo into a stunning professional shot. However, the best experience is when you post a picture on Instagram, and it turns out better than it would with a filter. The #NoFilter trend is always nice to see because it means what you are seeing…

There are still a lot of companies in the United States that are heavily focused on manufacturing even though a lot has been outsourced. The company that I work for is owned by a manufacturing company, and it’s clear that technology to them is an afterthought; only making the product and staying current is their goal. Even though they aren’t technology…

A mouse has that special feel, the right weight, and the settings that you like, whereas a keyboard is all about how fast you can press down the keys, how fast it recognizes you, and its ability to perform both inside and outside of the game. There are some that will swap out their keyboard and…

I had a lot of spying equipment when I was a kid. I had these sunglasses that contained a small camera in the bridge between the lenses. It could record video, and it even had a retractable microphone to record voice. For sending secret spy messages, I had a pen that could write in invisible ink and required a secondary pen that would reveal the text. They were just toys, but they made you feel like a special undercover agent that had a mission to spy on people, although everyone knew that the toy sunglasses had a camera in them…

You know how annoying it can be when you are counting and someone keeps yelling out other numbers to mess you up? It’s tough for your brain to focus on even a simple task, such as counting, if you are distracted. If you are in a public environment, there will always be distractions around you. It’s easy for your mind to drift towards something else, taking your attention away from the task at hand. I find that at work that if I do not have my headset on, my mind may drift off or listen in to other conversations, therefore…
